Cancellation & Refund Policy

To keep our session costs affordable Ottawa Hockey Development (or any program from our family of programs) cannot offer refunds or exchanges for things such as illness, injury, COVID-related issues, late arrival, missing equipment, last-minute conflicts, hockey and/or other commitments, etc.

Ottawa Hockey Development cannot guarantee any refund or exchange in the event of pandemics, extreme weather, power outage, etc.

Ottawa Hockey Development allows you to transfer your session to any minor hockey participant under HEO at any time, assuming an email/text request is sent and acknowledged and the player meets the skill level of the session.

Although not a guarantee, we do our best to help reschedule sessions for minor hockey or sport conflicts when we have advanced notice (7+ days). Generally, that allows us to post your session in our next Available Sessions email. We are able to help the majority of requests with 7+ days notice and the options could include:

i) an exchange only for limited dates

ii) an exchange for any date/upcoming session

Please accept that we do our best to keep everyone happy, but there are times we cannot accommodate requests. The more information you share and the earlier, the better.

ELITE HOCKEY DEVELOPMENT POLICY – In the event a special guest cancels we reserve the right to change the special guess without notice. If a special guest does not attend OHD will refund or credit $15 of the sessions as it will convert to a regular power edge training sessions ($35).Ott
